Rheological and Tribological Properties of Lithium Grease and Polyurea Grease with Different Consistencies

چکیده
The rheological properties of lithium grease and polyurea at different temperatures consistencies were determined with a rotary rheometer. plateau moduli the greases calculated, mechanism influence consistency temperature on was explained. tribological wear two measured by high-temperature friction tester. mechanisms are probed lubricating grease. results show that modulus GN can be used to assess structural strength greases, but it only degree entanglement same higher grease, larger apparent viscosity, strength, yield stress. PAO-polyurea greatly affected temperature, its is better than mineral oil-lithium expected affect coefficient through grease’s film-forming ability. For PAO-polyurea, in certain range has little effect resistance.
